Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across the SimpleClosure platform
- Collaborate with Product, Design additional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Implement clean, maintainable frontend experiences using Next.js, React and TypeScript
- Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and data models to support product workflows
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and iteration
- Backend: Experience building server-side logic, APIs and integrating with third party services

Requirements
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Candidates MUST be located in the New York City Metro area.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Next.js or similar frameworks preferred
- Frontend: Strong experience with React and TypeScript
Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- $120,000 - $170,000, depending on experience level
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $170,000, depending on experience level
