About the role
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution: Execute recruiting efforts across clinical, operational, and administrative roles.
- Candidate Screening and Experience: Conduct initial candidate outreach and structured screening interviews.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support hiring needs across the clinic network.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach strategies.
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including coordination, documentation, and training support.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, documentation, offboarding, and general People & Culture initiatives.
- This role will focus on driving a high-quality candidate experience while supporting core People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR coordination.
- You will partner closely with leadership to support hiring across clinical, operational, and administrative roles, while also ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment.

Nice to have
- Track recruiting activity and key metrics to improve efficiency and provide visibility into hiring progress.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or People Operations
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting preferred
- Skills / Abilities
- Mandarin language proficiency preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership

Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000 (salary + bonus)
