Responsibilities
- This is not a support role - it's a force-multiplier role.
- You'll own the systems, cadences, and metrics that let a fast-scaling company move faster: setting strategy, rolling out performance management, standing up departmental KPIs, and embedding AI into how we operate.
- You've deployed AI in real operational settings and have strong instincts for where it creates leverage and where it doesn't.
- You build, you don't maintain.
