About the role
- 3M is seeking a Production Planner for its Supply Chain team located in London, Canada.

- Identifying and leading cross functional projects across the business to effectively drive improvements in service, cost, and inventory
- Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment target

- History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- One (1) combined year of experience working with Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering and/or SAP in a private, public or government environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and/or Business
- Two (2) or more years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing plant
- 3M systems experience (Peoplesoft, ERP / SAP) & BT knowledge
- Excellent written & oral communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence others and work effectively in a team environment
- Business Transformation or SAP experience
- Strong desire to advance in the Supply Chain field
Skills
- Utilizing Supply Chain tools and processes to make data-driven decisions to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory
- Your Skills and Expertise
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
Compensation
- The expected compensation range for this position is $ 81,896 - $ 100,096, which includes base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible.
