About the role

Responsibilities

  • You'll take ownership of event operations, help keep the community engaged between events, and gradually become a key partner in turning ideas into reality.
  • vendor coordination, guest check-in, welcome team support, timelines, and pre-event readiness.
  • Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Be present during event setup, troubleshoot issues, and help create a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage community initiatives, including partnerships, activations, and special projects.
  • maintain the content calendar, coordinate with creatives, and surface stories worth sharing.
  • Build meaningful relationships with creators, entrepreneurs, partners, and community members.
  • Help create experiences that genuinely impact people.

Requirements

  • Comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to grow into the role matter just as much.
