- Identify opportunities for collaborations, introductions, sponsorships, and new programming.
- Bring ideas forward proactively and help turn the best ones into executed projects.
Responsibilities
- Help build something meaningful.

- You'll take ownership of event operations, help keep the community engaged between events, and gradually become a key partner in turning ideas into reality.
- vendor coordination, guest check-in, welcome team support, timelines, and pre-event readiness.
- Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Be present during event setup, troubleshoot issues, and help create a seamless guest experience.
- Manage community initiatives, including partnerships, activations, and special projects.
- maintain the content calendar, coordinate with creatives, and surface stories worth sharing.
- Build meaningful relationships with creators, entrepreneurs, partners, and community members.
- Help create experiences that genuinely impact people.
Requirements
- Comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once.
- Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to grow into the role matter just as much.
