About the role
- - System Installation & Commissioning: Lead the installation of commercial equipment such as RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, boilers, and air handlers. Perform final system start-ups, testing, and commissioning.
- - Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret complex mechanical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- System Installation & Commissioning: Lead the installation of commercial equipment such as RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, boilers, and air handlers. Perform final system start-ups, testing, and commissioning.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise installation crews, assign daily tasks, manage workflow, and provide hands-on training to junior installers.
- Quality & Code Compliance: Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe job site by enforcing OSHA and company safety protocols.
