About the role
- Rexel USA is one of the largest distributors of electrical products, data communication, wireless communication and related supplies in the United States.
- Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business in the United States through eight Regions that go to market under various banner and trade names, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, Talley and Platt Electric Supply.
- Responsible for all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the branch warehouse environment and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment
- Perform inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Occasionally - up to 20%
- Operate machinery including forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required
- May be required to perform other job functions within a branch when required including but not limited to counter sales and customer support

Nice to have
- 5+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred
- Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
- High School or GED
- General knowledge of electrical products a plus
- Ability to handle complex issues and problems
- Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

- We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Associate to join our Gexpro team located in Menomonee Falls, WI!
- The Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
- May assist in leading and training other Warehouse staff.
- This role is not permitted to make deliveries.
- Receive material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses and verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list
