Responsibilities
- keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining white-glove standards, and driving initiatives that elevate employee experience, optimize costs, and scale our infrastructure as we grow.

- Manage all day-to-day workplace logistics-including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping-while owning vendor relationships from contract negotiations to performance management.
- Partner with building management to maintain facilities, establish white-glove service standards, and manage ongoing space planning, floor plans, and seating charts to support a growing team.
- Partner with People Ops to continuously improve the local onboarding experience (tours, swag), manage all office-related communications, and maintain clear SOPs and workplace documentation to ensure a seamless experience as the team grows.

- As Workplace Operations lead for our SoHo space, you'll be the go-to person for our rapidly growing US team and a central hub for the New York AI community.
- Run Daily Operations & Vendors: Manage all day-to-day workplace logistics-including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping-while owning vendor relationships from contract negotiations to performance management.
Requirements
- Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high visibility office.
- Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- You'll have the autonomy to shape our local culture, scale a critical hub, and directly impact how our team and the broader AI community experience ElevenLabs every day.
