- The Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center is located approximately 30 miles from Charlotte.
- The facility employs just under 400 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus.
Requirements
- A detailed understanding of the mechanics and machine components will be required, along with the ability to learn equipment software and programming.
Nice to have
- Understand all safety procedures and ensure compliance within the area
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and understand containment procedures for parts that are OOS
- Complete setups of equipment in accordance with production needs
- Assist in organizing MAE tooling and ensure availability of components for production use - i.e. clamps, cutting heads, rollers, etc.
- Understand equipment software and programming, as required
- Ensure compliance to procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization within the area (5S).
- Understand FIFO concept and help organize material flow in and out the area.
- Read and understand all work instructions, operating procedures and documentation pertaining to milling and side setting
