This role ensures safe, reliable operations while maintaining solar and energy storage systems at peak performance.

Lead and mentor site personnel, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety analyses and ensure proper use of PPE, and lead emergency response efforts.
Perform and oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PV systems, inverters, battery storage, substations, and balance-of-plant equipment.
Support commissioning, testing, installations, and performance optimization of solar and storage systems.

2-4 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, or a related electrical/mechanical field, with demonstrated leadership experience.
Experience with high-voltage electrical equipment and mechanical systems, including knowledge of electrical theory, power electronics, substation equipment, and control systems.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Proficient with hand and power tools, electrical test equipment, and capable of reading schematics, one-line, and wiring diagrams
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and operational software systems.
Willingness to travel and work overtime, night shifts, and rotating schedules as needed.

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a U.S. passport.

All technicians are provided with the necessary tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) to work safely and efficiently.
GWO (Global Wind Organization) training and certifications to ensure compliance with international safety standards.

$42-$48/hour (based on experience, education, and skillset) plus on-call pay.
5% Annual Performance Bonus (based on individual performance and company metrics) and 5% Availability Bonus.
