About the role
- The jobholder is responsible for accomplishing the preventive, predictive and repair maintenance tasks in the plant as directed by the maintenance staff.

- The trade's objectives are to install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and piping in the plant by performing daily functions.
- Replace/troubleshoot motors and drive systems up to 1500 HP
Requirements
- Must have general knowledge around oil analysis (Oil and grease consistencies).
- Knowledge and capability to perform rigging and lifting as required.
- Knowledge of and capability to repair and replace industrial valves.
Skills
- High School Diploma and five years of related maintenance experience.
- Ability to comprehend detailed instructions.
- Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to apply consensus understanding and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several different variables and solve them.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and PLC structure.
- Operates shop equipment such as drills, grinder, threader, and taps.
- (Preferred) ability to operate and utilize a lathe/mill.
- Ability to complete precision maintenance (Laser Alignment, Belt Alignment).
- Experience utilizing a CMMS for work order management.
- Ability to follow OEM technical installation measurements (bearing clearances, alignment tolerances, etc.)
- Must be able to complete 1G, 2G, 3G, 1F, 2F, and 3F welding certification within 1 year.
