  • Starting at $56/hr, DOE Location: On-site, Wichita, KS We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors (Foreman and Superintendents) to lead an industrial electrical construction project in Wichita, Kansas.
  • In these positions, you will lead skilled crews, coordinate field operations, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.
  • Lead electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and project documents.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
  • Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeyman electricians.
  • Support project startup, commissioning, punch list completion, and project closeout.

Requirements

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, FR clothing, and other site-specific PPE.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong industrial electrical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
  • Ability to work in active industrial construction environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with medium-voltage systems, motor controls, instrumentation, PLC installations, or power distribution.
