About the role
- Assist the chief in duties regarding HW boilers around campus.
- The current schedule is 7 to 7 on days or nights for a 2/2/3 schedule, but could be changed in the future for staff and management needs.
- Additionally, may respond to emergency repair requests and carry out additional responsibilities as delegated.
Responsibilities
- Observe and dispatch maintenance engineers for building automation system alarms regarding HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment.
Requirements
- 2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance.
