Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods, and develop/revise job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies.
Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced and efficient recruitment process.
Utilize social media networks and employee referrals to build out the candidate pipeline.
Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team on a contract basis.
The Contract Recruiter is a trusted business partner to our Hiring Managers, creating and driving a talent acquisition strategy that supports business needs and growth.
This role will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
This role will support hiring for all markets.
