About the role

  • Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Opportunity in our Long Term Care AND Brain Injury settings in Juneau, WI.
  • We have a very supportive team including: PT, OT, neuropsych, psychiatry, and physiatry.
  • We have group treatments, co-treatments, household events and outings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
  • Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.

Compensation

  • Compensation offers up to $38/hour Licensed PTA in the state of Wisconsin Split role between LTC and Brain Injury Center Long Term Care Setting includes Short term rehab, Long-term residents, & Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities Uni
