About the role
- Rockstar New England is on the lookout for a passionate Workplace Coordinator.
- This is a six (6) month contract position, in-office based out of Rockstar's development studio in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality control on assigned services.
- Keep trackers and management systems up to date and produce progress reports for the Workplace team and other support teams.
- Undertake any assigned ad-hoc duties to maintain the facilities.
- The Rockstar Workplace Services team (WPS) is responsible for ensuring the office, building, programs, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business.
- We create a creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.
- We manage and develop a variety of services and programs, including food & beverage, physical security, building maintenance, furniture, security, cleaning, space utilization and operational support.
- We partner with senior leadership to drive proactive real estate growth strategies, leasehold improvement, and capital expenditure projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working within a facilities or workplace operations role, ideally supporting corporate office buildings and services.
- Experience with space management, ticketing, security, project management, and financial software systems.
- Coordinate vendor work schedules as required, and conduct follow up tasks for project completion.
Nice to have
- Possess a vehicle/driver's license preferred.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position in Andover, Massachusetts at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per hour.
