About the role

Responsibilities

  • Building Services Associates perform a variety of custodial, housekeeping, sanitation, and event support duties while following departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain all public and non-public areas of Xfinity Mobile Arena.
  • Maintain high-touch surface sanitation throughout events and post-event operations.
  • Maintain janitorial closets, supply rooms, and storage areas in an organized and clean condition.

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, floors, baby changing stations, and dispensers.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility.
  • Replace trash liners and transport waste to designated collection areas.
