Develop, implement, and maintain EHSS policies, procedures, standards, and training programs, ensuring employee competency and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Lead and facilitate incident investigations, including root cause and human factors analyses, ensuring corrective actions are identified, implemented, and closed in a timely manner.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and hazard reviews to identify gaps, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement in EHSS performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams, site leadership, and environmental resources to drive integrated EHSS performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance requirements.
Experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools.
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP or similar systems).

5+ years of EHSS, safety, or related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
Familiarity with PSM and high-hazard operations preferred.
