About the role
- Job Description Regional Special Projects Specialist Remote $60,000 to $70,000 DOE Position Summary Operate under the direction of Human Resources to coordinate regional training, culture, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, HR operations, training administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multi-site, shift-based, or operationally complex environments.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting compliance-driven training programs and audit requirements.
- Ability to prepare reports for executive and operational leadership.

- Ensure regional execution aligns with enterprise HR strategy, policies, and standards while remaining operationally feasible.
- Serve as an HR liaison to regional operations leadership, driving consistency, accountability, and follow-through while identifying and escalating risks or barriers.
- Ensure accurate training records for audit, regulatory, and contractual compliance.
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues when needed.
