Requirements
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to use a staple gun and build crates.
- Must be able to operate the foam machine.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
- Must be willing to work overtime with short notice.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
Nice to have
- Previous experience of 1+ years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with bills of lading, export documentation, and shipping systems.
- Previous Forklift certification.

- Scope of Position
- This reliable and detail-oriented individual, as part of the Shipping team, will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and coordinating shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery of Watts products.
- This role is onsite and is based in St.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Pack all export orders and provide sales with appropriate information for export documents.
- Pack regular orders and touch up all materials when necessary or return materials to proper location if unable to ship.
- Run labels and bills of lading (BOL) for shipments.
- Build pallets and crates.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Verify shipping copies, export documentation, and bills of lading for accuracy prior to shipment.
