Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to use a staple gun and build crates.
  • Must be able to operate the foam machine.
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
  • Must be willing to work overtime with short notice.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience of 1+ years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with bills of lading, export documentation, and shipping systems.
  • Previous Forklift certification.

  • Scope of Position
  • This reliable and detail-oriented individual, as part of the Shipping team, will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and coordinating shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery of Watts products.
  • This role is onsite and is based in St.
  • Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pack all export orders and provide sales with appropriate information for export documents.
  • Pack regular orders and touch up all materials when necessary or return materials to proper location if unable to ship.
  • Run labels and bills of lading (BOL) for shipments.
  • Build pallets and crates.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Verify shipping copies, export documentation, and bills of lading for accuracy prior to shipment.
