About the role

  • We're actively seeking a talented User Access Management (UAM) Analyst who will be responsible for day-to-day execution of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modification activities across enterprise platforms.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the security of our systems and data, assisting with controlling and supporting these resources to ensure the right people have access to the right resources at the right times.
  • Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the UAM services by showcasing the customer experience, productivity, accuracy/quality, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

  • You will also collaborate and coordinate with end users within all Pacific Life divisions and business lines, other technologists and support staff to ensure service level agreements are met while keeping compliance and conformance to standards as top of mind.
  • Standard business hours with rotating off hours on-call support.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years Information Security experience, with knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms (e.g. MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint)
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in general security practices, including Identity and Access Management.
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in an agile environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related field
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications
  • PowerShell scripting experience preferred

Compensation

  • The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
  • The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
  • Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
