About the role
- As a Foreman, you will be critical to the successful completion of our projects.
- You have a strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices and a solid understanding of how projects are built.
- Leading by example for safety, you understand HSE regulations and promote a strong culture of health and safety on our projects.
Responsibilities
- You will direct and drive work by our own forces and our trade contractors on site.
- Working closely with the Superintendent to execute the construction plan, support schedule adherence, and proactively identify risks, delays, or constructability issues.
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment, and trade activities within assigned areas to maintain productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Constantly bridging the gap between management and field, you are highly organized, collected, and patient with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and train our next generation of workers.

Requirements
- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- The ability to anticipate problems and solve proactively.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
