Responsibilities
- Citadel CPM is in search of highly experienced Project Design Managers and Senior Project Design Managers to join our team.
- In this role, you will manage the design disciplines during the design phase and assist during the construction phase.

- ABOUT THE ROLE Citadel CPM is in search of highly experienced Project Design Managers and Senior Project Design Managers to join our team.
- ABOUT YOU You are a professional with minimum of 10 years full-time paid experience for the Design Manager role, and 15 years for the Senior Design Manager role.
- You have experience managing facilities design, or the planning and coordination of capital projects that includes the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities.
Requirements
- Establishes and follows a process to identify and select the architectural firm best suited for each project based on the firms' qualifications and ability to meet performance standards.
Nice to have
- Additionally, your experience in schools and/or public agencies will be a plus.
