About the role

  • This leader is accountable for shaping and advancing a unified product strategy that integrates internal platforms with customer facing experiences, driving scalable growth, operational excellence, commercial impact and outstanding omnichannel experiences.
  • The ideal candidate is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in retail or related sectors, strong enterprise technology expertise, and a proven record leading large product teams in a SAFe / Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure product strategy aligns with business priorities, growth objectives, and transformation initiatives.
  • Own the product strategy across:
  • Ensure strong alignment and integration across domains to deliver seamless end to end experiences.
  • Build, lead, and scale a growing team of Product Managers and Product Owners to achieve organizational goals.
  • Define product operating models, clarify roles, and create career paths.
  • Partner with Technology, Architecture, and Delivery leadership to ensure effective PI planning, backlog prioritization, and value realization.
  • Work very c losely with Engineering, Design, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data teams.
  • Lead cross functional alignment for large scale initiatives and enterprise w ide transformations.
  • Drive rigorous prioritization of initiatives to maximize ROI and strategic value.
