About the role

  • Job Description The Associate Dean for Experiential and Interprofessional Education provides strategic leadership for experiential and interprofessional education across the College's professional and graduate programs.
  • The Associate Dean establishes standards, policies, and shared processes while coordinating experiential learning activities across programs, campuses, and practice sites in Idaho, Alaska, and Nevada.
  • The position includes a faculty appointment with responsibilities in teaching, scholarship, and service.

Responsibilities

  • Support faculty, preceptors, and program teams through shared resources, guidance, and best practices.
  • Assessment, Accreditation, and Operations Collaborate with College leadership to ensure accreditation compliance, continuous quality improvement, and program evaluation.
  • Support development of experiential components for existing and future academic programs.
  • Program-level faculty and staff maintain responsibility for discipline-specific implementation and student supervision.

  • Promote standardized expectations, evaluation processes, and learning outcomes across programs.
  • Provide leadership for interprofessional education, external partnerships, affiliation agreements, and experiential site development.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to experiential education, student success, and program effectiveness.
  • Represent the College in regional and national experiential education initiatives and partnerships.
