About the role

This position works closely with children, families, and adult residents to ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
The population served may include family units with minor children, pregnant women, adult residents, and other individuals representing diverse backgrounds.
This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24-hour residential environment.

We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
Resident Supervision & Family Support Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents throughout the facility.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and families.
Support residents in accessing meals, hygiene supplies, clothing, and other basic necessities.

Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods.
Ability to respond quickly to operational incidents and emergencies.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Ability to sit for extended periods while completing documentation and reports.

Experience working with diverse populations.
Experience in residential facilities, shelters, family services programs, detention settings, or other 24-hour operations.
If applicable, Child Abuse/ Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check with no adverse findings.
Experience working on government contracts or within federally regulated environments
