About the role

  • Anrok eliminates this complexity by connecting with billing and payment systems to automate tax monitoring, calculations, and filing end-to-end.
  • We're expanding our Strategic Finance team and looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to help strengthen and scale the revenue finance function.
  • This is a high-ownership seat for someone who wants to influence how a fast-growing SaaS company invests across its full revenue engine: sales, partnerships, marketing, and post-sale expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own financial planning and forecasting across the full revenue org - new business, expansion, partnerships, and marketing
  • Bring financial perspective into territory design, quota capacity, marketing investment, partnership economics, and post-sale expansion strategy - working alongside the Head of Finance to influence GTM decisions
  • Own CAC payback as the primary GTM efficiency metric across segments, channels, and motions; surface what's working and what isn't
  • Maintain the ARR waterfall - new logo, expansion, contraction, churn - and reconcile to billing actuals
  • Support board materials, investor diligence prep, and scenario modeling for strategic decisions
  • Build AI workflows for recurring revenue finance analysis using the team's AI-native tooling stack (Omni, Salesforce, Python, n8n, Claude) - reducing manual cycles and unlocking deeper analytical work
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-assisted workflows and automation (Python, n8n, LLM-based tooling, or equivalent) - you build automation into your workflow rather than waiting for someone else to
  • Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup - you operate well without a perfect playbook, prioritize ruthlessly, and turn ambiguous problems into structured analyses on your own

Skills

  • 40% of Forbes Top 50 AI companies
  • 20% of Forbes Top 100 Cloud companies
  • Top companies like Notion, Anthropic, and Cursor

Compensation

  • Annual team off-sites and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubs.

Benefits

  • The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%.
  • One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits, and more.
  • Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with.
  • Home internet reimbursement stipend.
  • Wellness reimbursement program.
  • Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work.

Company info

  • sales, partnerships, marketing, and post-sale expansion.
  • Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be the primary thought partner on all things revenue - partnering with leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and activation to translate financial insight into operating decisions.
  • This is one of the rare strategic finance seats where your customer base is your peer group - Anrok's product is bought by Finance teams at the fastest-growing software companies in the world.
  • You'll think like an operator and learn from the operators on the other side of the table.
  • A great fit for someone with strong analytical foundations, comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company, and energized by scaling a function rather than maintaining one.
  • At Anrok, we embrace a dynamic and flexible hybrid work environment based out of our growing office hubs - San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, and Dublin where we collaborate in-person 3 days per week.
