- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and job sites
- Accurately document work with notes, photos, and digital work orders

Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use hand tools, and safely work on ladders
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
- $50,000 - $70,000 USD
- $20-30/hour during training Earning Potential: $50,000-$70,000 annually (performance pay after training)
- $20-30/hour during training, with transition to performance-based pay ($50K-$70K annually)
