Responsibilities
- Close warm inbound leads into personal training packages
- This is a real opportunity for someone who wants to work from home and build strong income through performance.
Requirements
- Must be able to commit to full-time hours of at least 40 hours per week
- Must be available for some evenings and weekends
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be confident on the phone and on Zoom
- Must be coachable, driven, and performance-focused
- Has experience in sales, closing, prospecting, or client-facing roles
Nice to have
- Experience in high-ticket sales, insurance, phone sales, outbound prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person sales is a major plus.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role.
- You will earn approximately 8% to 12% per closed deal, based on Gross contract value, not only cash collected upfront.
