Responsibilities
- 12+ years of progressive roadway, highway, and/or interstate design experience
- Flexibility that works with schedules that support your life
- Support beyond work through mentorship, hands-on experience, and opportunities to make an impact from day one
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- North Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- Experience delivering projects for NCDOT
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bidding processes
- Experience mentoring technical staff and contributing to team growth
