About the role
- Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking to have an ER RN to join our Emergency Department as a PRN! $8 /HR Specialty Diff!
- The ER RN provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency setting.
- This position has a leadership role in assessing and organizing the care and flow of the patients and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Demonstrates ability to set high standards of performance for self and others
- Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes and care plan to ensure optimal patient care and documents per policy.
Nice to have
- taking appropriate action on waived tests results.
- Coordinates and supervises patient care as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of Accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.
- Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS.
- PALS and NRP within six (6) months of employment.
- TNCC certification within twelve (12) months of employment preferred.
