Requirements
- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- Experience in leadership role
- Experience project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Organization Management, Graphic Design, Illustration, Publishing, Marketing, or Advertising and other related fields or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 6 Years - Experience in leadership role
- 6 Years - Experience project management
- 6 Years - Experience with prepress file preparation experience and related software such as Esko, ColorCert or similar
- 6 Years - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- 6 Years - Experience with Oracle Agile PLM Software or other large manufacturing product lifecycle management system
- 6 Years - Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- experience may include a combination of work experience and education
- Preferred Qualifications:

- 10+ Years- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- Experience working in similar position
- Experience managing people/projects
- Experience with prepress file preparation experience and related software such as Esko, ColorCert or similar
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation
- $136,778.46 - $198,328.77 / Yearly
- Bonus Target: 10% Annual
