About the role

  • We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising production shifts as assigned on a rotating basis (6am-2pm
  • 10pm-6am), including process, packaging, maintenance and yard personnel.
  • The Production Supervisor will be responsible for safety, quality and productivity through direct leadership and coordination of production.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an excellent quality level of product produced at the lowest cost.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping for production employees and ensure timecards are approved on time

Requirements

  • 3 years as a production supervisor or 5 years as a lead operator in an industrial manufacturing environment or 1 year of supervisory experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure each operator completes required quality checks.
  • If applying for positions in the U.S., must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsored visa (work permit).

Nice to have

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or associated fields preferred

Compensation

  • $76,000-$104,500
  • We offer competitive salary, benefits, 401k, and vacation packages for all full time permanent positions.

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
