About the role
- We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns for Sahi English.
- This role requires strong analytical capabilities, deep platform expertise, and the ability to drive measurable growth in user acquisition, subscriptions, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid acquisition channels.
- Drive user acquisition and subscription growth while optimizing CAC, CPL, CPI, ROAS, and overall ROI.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return.
- Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop high-converting vernacular ad creatives.
- Opportunity to scale campaigns in Tier 2/3 markets and drive real user impact.
- You will directly drive growth through paid marketing and experiments
- You will own end-to-end performance-from ads to insights and optimization
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing app campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Proven experience managing and scaling ₹1 Cr+ ad budgets.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with performance-driven execution.
- Strong collaboration experience with creative teams to improve CTR, CVR, and ad relevance.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, subscription models, or vernacular audience targeting is highly preferred.
