About the role
- Position Description: PingWind is seeking an IT Specialist responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely.
- Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, certifications, experience, as well as internal equity mapping and alignment with market data, or other applicable laws.
Responsibilities
- Assists with establishing and configuring internal collaboration environments, including SharePoint sites, document repositories, permissions, and version control structures.
- Supports setup and configuration of program email accounts, distribution lists, and access controls to enable effective internal and external communications.
- Assists with implementation and configuration of the helpdesk phone system and ticket tracking system to support user requests and issue tracking during transition.
- We have extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years' experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
- Supports Transition-In activities by assisting with the handoff, setup, and validation of technical elements required to support program management and operational workflows.
