About the role
- Team Leadership & Crew Supervision: Supervise movers and moving crew members during residential, commercial, and specialty moving assignments.
- Assign daily responsibilities and monitor crew performance throughout each move.
- Conduct pre-job briefings and communicate expectations clearly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure team members maintain professionalism, safety standards, and productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of company trucks and equipment.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
- Monitor crew productivity and manage workflow to support operational profitability.
Requirements
- Complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Obtain required customer signatures, approvals, and completion confirmations.
Nice to have
- Enforce safe lifting practices and proper equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Ensure proper use of dollies, straps, ramps, moving pads, and protective materials.
- Licenses / Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate box trucks and moving vehicles
- Ability to regularly lift and move heavy items (50-100+ lbs with assistance)
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- $17k-$30k
