About the role
- Receptionist needed for a Family Medicine clinic.
- You will be taking patient phone calls, creating accounts for new patients, scheduling appointments, and creating tasks with patient questions and concerns, working closely with the physicians and staff.
- Essential Job Functions: Arrive each day ready to have a professional working relationship with patients, physicians, and co-workers.
Requirements
- Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn our computer systems, day to day processes, and provide assistance to our patients and employees.
- You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with a multi-line telephone system.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others, be able to demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, attention-to-detail and have excellent communication skills.
- Hours: Clinic is open M-F 8:00-5:00 you can be scheduled in any of these days as needed
- You are the key to helping our patients understand our processes and procedures.
