Responsibilities
- 🩺💙⭐Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) ⭐💙🩺
- We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Personal Care Assistants(PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) cases across North Carolina -where you care for one client at a time (yes, ONE!)
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
Skills
- One patient. One home. One focus.
- No running down hallways or juggling 12 call lights
- Real relationships with your client and their family
- Consistent schedules with a short commute and meaningful work
- Providing 1:1 hands-on care in a home setting and in the community
- Helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort
- Being a calm, dependable presence (the kind families remember forever)
- Following care plans without being micromanaged
- Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills.
Compensation
- $14.85 - $18.85 USD
