Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, interviews, and workflow analysis sessions to uncover business needs
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specs, and interface designs
- Review system behavior, logs, and data flows to diagnose and support issue resolution
- Contribute to testing efforts, including developing use cases and validating system functionality
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and occasional off-hour needs

Requirements
- University Degree
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 7+ Years overall IS/IT experience.
- 5+ years application development experience.
- 5+ years experience in working with third party vendors.
- Prior experience working with offshore personnel is a plus.
- Project management experience a plus.
