About the role
- Under the supervision of the VP of Land Acquisition, the Director of Entitlement is responsible for the activities of land entitlement and various other support activities as they pertain to land entitlement for Goodall Homes.
- - Works with the Land Acquisition Team to identify and work through issues regarding entitlement
Responsibilities
- Computer skills to help create and maintain budgets, schedules, and the creation and maintenance of various other spreadsheet documents.
- Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to lead a department
- Able to identify, create, and refine processes to streamline activities related to land acquisition, entitlement, and development
- WORKS WITH: President, CFO, VP of Development, Regional President, Division President, Land Managers, Development Managers, Production Managers, Land Coordinator, company office support staff, development contractors, city officials and staff, and company production personnel.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree and experience in the homebuilding industry preferred
