About the role

As a result of the combination of the BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions business with Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT), by applying to this role, you will be applying for a position with Waters.

Partners closely with regional and commercial teams to support launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and market adoption, while balancing global consistency with local market needs.
Leads forecasting and supply planning in partnership with Operations and regional teams to support continuity, responsiveness, and business performance.
Through a shared culture of relentless innovation, Waters' passionate team of approximately 16,000 colleagues partner with customers to turn scientific challenges into breakthroughs that improve lives worldwide.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required.
Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
Willing to travel up to 20%, domestic and international
