Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with regional and commercial teams to support launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and market adoption, while balancing global consistency with local market needs.
  • Leads forecasting and supply planning in partnership with Operations and regional teams to support continuity, responsiveness, and business performance.
  • Waters collaborates with analytical laboratories around the world to advance the release of effective, high-quality medicines, assure the safety of food and water, and drive better patient outcomes by detecting diseases earlier, managing routine infections, and combatting growing antibiotic resistance.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing decisions across a matrixed organization.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%, domestic and international

  • $134,100.00 - $214,500.00 USD Annual

  • Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience within IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences.
  • Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products
  • experience in molecular diagnostics or sexual health is strongly preferred.
