About the role

STAY AWESOME: Tandem Diabetes Care is proud to manufacture and sell the Tandem Mobi system and t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ+ technology - an advanced predictive algorithm that automates insulin delivery.
This is a field-based role based in the Greater Albany, NY region.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing market and see change as an opportunity to improve business performance and campaigning for it when necessary.
Ability to travel at least 80% in your assigned territory
must maintain a valid driver's license and required auto insurance as well as good driving record per company policy

Compensation

The base pay for this position is $101,025 to 124,475 annually, with a target earning potential of $126,025 to 148,475 annually.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.
In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes incentive compensation, equity, and a robust benefits package.
You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (starting in year 1) and have access to a 401k plan with company match.
