- Job Description: The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist at Meade is a key member of the finance team responsible for managing the company's billing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
- This role ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment disbursements, and collections.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, driving timely follow-ups on overdue payments to maintain cash flow.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
- Working knowledge of the current budget so actual expenses are coded consistently with the budget.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Employment eligibility will be verified as required by law.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Experience in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Emburse (expense reporting management) software preferred.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position will be provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.
- The estimate pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Compensation and benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and may vary based on location and applicable laws.
- Virginia: $56,3000-$69,900
- Washington: $59,100-$73,200
