  • Job Description: The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist at Meade is a key member of the finance team responsible for managing the company's billing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
  • This role ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, payment disbursements, and collections.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, driving timely follow-ups on overdue payments to maintain cash flow.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Working knowledge of the current budget so actual expenses are coded consistently with the budget.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment eligibility will be verified as required by law.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Emburse (expense reporting management) software preferred.

  • The pay range for this position will be provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.
  • The estimate pay ranges for this role are as follows:
  • Compensation and benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and may vary based on location and applicable laws.
  • Virginia: $56,3000-$69,900
  • Washington: $59,100-$73,200
