About the role
- The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.

Requirements
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have
