About the role
- Participates in the coordination and execution of field engineering activities to ensure technical solutions meet project goals and quality standards.
- Works with multidisciplinary teams to help resolve technical challenges and improve construction processes.
- Contributes to project outcomes by applying engineering knowledge and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Works with project managers, field staff, superintendents, self-perform teams and subcontractors to help address general technical issues and keep the project moving forward.
- Supports site inspections and assessments, identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Assists with gathering and organizing technical documents to help keep information accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 4 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
Nice to have
- Certifications and Licenses: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
- ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
