- IT Project Manager III Position Purpose As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in advancing Charter's strategic digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with digital leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, success criteria, and governance.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including communication, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
- Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

- You'll partner closely with business unit and functional leaders to lead multiple large‑to‑medium, high‑impact projects that drive enterprise transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology projects, such as system implementations or enterprise initiatives.
- Proven success delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing projects across multiple business functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.).
- Experience delivering solutions across a wide range of technologies (ERP, web platforms, middleware, infrastructure, upgrades).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Clarity, MS Project, Jira, or similar.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree.
- 7+ years of experience managing large, complex business and technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working across diverse organizations (industry and company size).
- Direct experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience operating in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders (COEs, BRMs, portfolio leaders).
- Scrum Master experience.
- PMP certification.
