IT Project Manager III Position Purpose As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in advancing Charter's strategic digital initiatives.
This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable leader who thrives in complex environments, excels at influencing without authority, and enjoys turning strategy into execution across both business and technology teams.

Partner with digital leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, success criteria, and governance.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including communication, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.

You'll partner closely with business unit and functional leaders to lead multiple large‑to‑medium, high‑impact projects that drive enterprise transformation.

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology projects, such as system implementations or enterprise initiatives.
Proven success delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience managing projects across multiple business functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.).
Experience delivering solutions across a wide range of technologies (ERP, web platforms, middleware, infrastructure, upgrades).
Proficiency with project management tools such as Clarity, MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree.
7+ years of experience managing large, complex business and technology initiatives.
5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working across diverse organizations (industry and company size).
Direct experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives.
Experience operating in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders (COEs, BRMs, portfolio leaders).
Scrum Master experience.
PMP certification.

Lead and deliver enterprise‑level digital initiatives aligned to Charter's annual priorities and long‑term strategic goals.
