About the role

Responsibilities
- The PDM reports to the Executive Director of Program Development and is responsible for identifying, tracking, developing, and capturing new business opportunities within assigned Strategic Campaigns.
- The PDM leads or actively contributes to proposals.
Requirements
- The PDM must be able to perform as an individual contributor and lead or serve on teams within a tight schedule environment.

Compensation
- $172k-$227k
