Design and develop mechanical systems for robotic applications, ensuring functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
Create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate mechanical designs with electronic and software components.
Conduct hands-on prototype building and testing, analyzing performance data to iterate on designs.
Utilize a variety of manufacturing processes and materials to optimize designs for performance and efficiency.
Participate in design reviews, presenting design concepts and demonstrating prototypes to stakeholders.
Manage documentation related to project plans, design specifications, and testing procedures.
Practical experience in building and testing mechanical systems
Practical experience in building and testing mechanical systems; hands-on fabrication skills are highly valued.
Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to mechanical design challenges.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects and designs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Create CAD and all documentation required for its development, build, and testing.
