- They have a diverse project portfolio and are looking to bring on a Project Manager for their upcoming Light Industrial projects.

Requirements
- Conduct weekly OAC meetings and provide all required reports and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and potential issues.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proven experience managing light industrial projects including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, flex space, cold storage, and logistics facilities.
- Successfully managed projects ranging from $10M-$100M+ in construction value.
- Strong understanding of industrial building systems, site development, and tilt-wall construction.
- Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
