About the role

Our Client is a reputable General Contractor doing $500M+ of revenue in Columbus specifically.
They have a diverse project portfolio and are looking to bring on a Project Manager for their upcoming Light Industrial projects.

Requirements

Conduct weekly OAC meetings and provide all required reports and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and potential issues.

Nice to have

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Proven experience managing light industrial projects including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, flex space, cold storage, and logistics facilities.
Successfully managed projects ranging from $10M-$100M+ in construction value.
Strong understanding of industrial building systems, site development, and tilt-wall construction.
Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
