Responsibilities
- Work with organizational leaders to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Partner with Corporate Purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
- Ensure personnel have the tools, information, and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Lead by example by following all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Proven ability to manage performance, coach employees, and support ongoing training and development.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive operational and financial success.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of, sales strategy, and people leadership.
- Comfort and proficiency using business systems and technology, including CRM tools.
Compensation
- Prepare and manage annual, monthly, and weekly operational plans; set realistic goals and monitor compliance.
